PARTICIPANT TERMS

Program Overview

The TiniFiber Certified Installer (TCI) Program (the “Program”) is offered by TiniFiber to select installers who purchase and install TiniFiber cable. The Program authorizes installers who meet the following qualifications to offer their customers a 25 year connector to connector TiniFiber Warranty for the cable they installed.

Program Period

All prospective TCIs must complete and sign the TCI Program Application and agree to these Program Participant Terms. The Program Period for each Authorized Contractor shall commence on the date listed on the TCI Certificate and shall continue for a period of two years. Enrollment is not valid until a program registration number is issued to the TCI by TiniFiber.

Program Qualifications

To become a TCI, an installer may qualify in one of two ways.

  1. At least one employee from the TCI must be an accredited BICSI Installer, Technician or RCDD.*
  2. The installer must have a current certification from an approved connectivity manufacturer.*
  3. Other certifications will be considered for approval on an individual basis.

* Appropriate BICSI Certifications and/or Registration number, or valid connectivity manufacturer’s certificate is required.

Warranty Registration

In order to qualify for the warranty, TCIs must provide the following:

  1. Bill of Materials
  2. As-built Drawings
  3. Comprehensive test results including

Test results should be submitted in an unedited, RAW format.

 

Program Renewal

TCIs will be re-enrolled in the Program upon expiration of their Program Periods for additional two-year periods (each a “Renewal Period”) provided TiniFiber receives written documentation verifying the Authorized Contractors meet the Program Qualifications set forth above for such Renewal Periods.

Changes To the Program

The Program is offered at the discretion of TiniFiber and it reserves the right to modify or terminate any aspect of the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED TO AUTHORIZED CONTRACTORS “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, INFRINGEMENT, TITLE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
